What separates WiseEyes from other recruiting consultants? 

Through building a personal relationship with both our clients and candidates, we can bring a unique expertise allowing our clients to improve their overall recruiting process. Our knowledge of the construction industry and proven six-step process has taken contract and temporary firms to new levels of productivity. This process involves a realistic timeline from the day we receive the assignment to an interview (typically less than 18 days), the “Golden Rule” standard of candidates, the retention rate of the candidates placed and the acceptance rate of offers extended.  This method has proven successful time and time again.

We are always striving to provide the highest level of candidates to all our clients.  We do so by utilizing a very specific six-step process every time. Identification, Research, Recruiting, Assessment, Interviewing and Acceptance. By taking a “hands-on” approach from the very beginning with both the client and every candidate we source, we can determine if each candidate meets three specific criteria simultaneously. Prior to any. submittal, they must meet our “Golden Rule” standards which states that each candidate must possess at least 90% of the skills that the client needs, they must be willing to accept an offer within the salary range the client provides and they must be motivated by something other than money.

Cody Sahs is the Founder & CEO of WiseEyes, a husband, and a father with an expertise in successful direct hire/contract placements in the AEC Industries. Using his 15 years of construction experience as a contractor in the Chicago area as a segue way into the world of executive recruiting, he was able to quickly become an expert in attracting and qualifying talented professional for our clients. In a short time, he had the privilege of placing numerous candidates with general contractor, developer, engineering and architecture firms and has built a strong network of construction professionals, many of whom he still maintains a great relationship with.
